Hello , 

We understand that you have a file which has some records which you want to put in Azure . Since you have not mentioned the sink type , and lets assume that you want to move this to blob ( you can move this to Azure SQL etc also ) . its not clear also on what kind of field do you want this to be partitioned,  I think you should read more about the Copy activity and see it Copy tool on azure and that should get you started .
