I have an utterance like "What are my invoices?" and let us say that invoices belongs to a certain entity type.  I will often see "invoices ?" tagged as an entity.  That is the question mark is included and there is a space in between what should be the entity and the punctuation.  I have many different sorts of utterances that follow this pattern with differing entity types.  How can I prevent this ending punctuation from being added to the true entity?

When the utterances are added to your intent how are the entities labelled in the portal? Are you training the app to use these entities with the punctuation? Here is an example of what I added for training.

1. Added a utterance and labelled a word as entity, Trained and tested the app. Here it shows me only the word that was labelled as entity.

2. Similarly another utterance was added where I added the punctuation mark to the entity. After training and testing it displays the punctuation mark also as the identified entity.

If this is the case I would suggest to re-label the entities in your utterances and re-train the app to get only the required word as the entity in the response.
