When I worked on Windows based applicatoion(WPF) then in the Intellisesnse are ot working in XAML. 

I have tried going to Tools>Text Editor>C#>Intellisense -Statement completion and checking the boxes Auto list members and Parameter information but i dont have any positive response.. 
The Intellisense are working in C# Page well but not reacted properly in XAML Page.

What is your VS version and how did you triage the intellisense in the XAML file?

Please try to create a new WPF project and check if this issue persists or not.

Meanwhile, we can have a try with the following to troubleshoot this issue:

1. Restart VS and reopen solution to check it again
2. Go to Tools-Options-Text Editor-XAML-Formatting/Miscellaneous and those auto options are checked, if not, check them and save it
3. Go to Tools-Import and Export settings…-Reset all settings, back up your current setting and choose ‘General’ to resetting the settings to test
