I am using the Azure Deployment Center with BitBucket. When I try to sync it, it gives the following error.

> App container will begin restart within 10 seconds.

But this 10 secs never ends. How can I get more information on the problem?

I would like to understand how big is your deployment?

View the EVENTLOG.xml file for exceptions:
The EVENTLOG.XML which I discuss here, is a very good source of information when exceptions occur during a deployment or within your Web App in general.  The data is in an XML format which you can search through in, for example Visual Studio, or parse it using LogPaser.

Review the IIS logs
After making sure we had enabled IIS logging for the website that uses BitBucket, where Web server logging is On, we can download and analyze the logs.
