We are havinfg problem with this MSMDSRV.EXE taking to much of the memory and not releasing it. Anyone encountered this problem at below version?

Hi, have you reviewed and set memory limits if yes it may be worth looking at testing and applying the latest SQL Server 2012 patches before spending more time on the issue i.e. SP3 and CU7.
