Has it ever worked, or is this the first time you have tried to import an excel workbook with a column named "duration (min)".  Do you have any other columns that are successful that have embedded spaces and parenthesis? Try removing that one column and see if it works. Then change one of the column headers to have an embedded space and parenthesis and see if it still works. Just play with it.
