Hi! I am building an informative app where user can add his experience. But I don't know anything about text editing control, how to let the user add a new text block, edit and save. Can you help me out?

I have a little confused about your post. You said that you want to let the customer add a new text block, edit and save. What do you want to add, a textblock or a text box? Where you want to add the textblock? In Picture one or Picture two? Under the the existing textblock?  Or you want to change the original textblock?
