As we set masterpage in websites so that the design or theme on that page is called on every page of the website aslike this how can we set Master Page in WINDOWS APPLICATION so to get the design or theme in every form of the application??

To simulate master-pages in winform you can create a base form, create either a class that inherits from System.windows.Forms or simply add a new form to your project, add the common controls and then create any other form adding an "Inherited Form" select the base form created and that should work.
