I had a failed deployment of a Data Catalog via ARM template (forgot to specify the correct location).  I have corrected that, but am now receiving an error saying CNameAlreadyExists, which I take to mean that the Catalog name already exists.  I am using a very specific name, so I very much doubt that someone else has chosen the name.
