我们将所有代码文件（.js / .css）存储在SharePoint发布网站的样式库/网站资源库中。有时，即使清除了浏览器缓存/重新启动计算机/在URL中添加查询字符串参数
，我们/最终用户也无法在浏览器中看到更新的JavaScript / CSS文件。但是，如果我们从SharePoint库手动下载文件，我们可以看到更改（更新了一个）。我认为它与SharePoint WFE服务器中的Blob缓存/服务器缓存有关。

Sometimes, we/end users don’t see the updated JavaScript/CSS files in Browser even after clearing browser cache/restarting computer/adding query string parameter in URL. But, if we download the file manually from SharePoint Library, we could see the changes(updated one). I think it would be related to Blob Cache/Server cache in SharePoint WFE server.
