I am very new to sharepoint, but got a project dumped into my lap that I'm hoping to get a little advice on.

My company has about 100 sales reps that we will be generating individual sales reports for.  These sales reports should be considered confidential and should only be accessible by the specific sales representative and their manager.

My question is... is there a way to easily manage permissions/restrict access to the individual sales reps folder to only that rep + manager?

Ex.  If I'm a sales rep logged into office 365/sharepoint, I would only be able to see my individual sales report folder.

Different folder can have different unique permissions, but it is a big job for 100 folders. If you can code or writing PowerShell, you can achieve this with a more effective way.
