I have a logic app it fetches the file from an SFTP server and  now my question is that, can a logic app sftp trigger can fetch from multiple folders in SFTP server. For example, assuming that I have multiple folders in my sftp server and when I upload a file in any folder I want to get and read the file when logic app triggers. Please let me know the possibility (share links if possible). incase if it is not possible let me  know what can be done alternatively.

There is no direct way to achieve this but you could create a Recurrence with multiple triggers. Firstly create a logic app with a Recurrence and set the Interval time and Frequency then choose the plus sign (+) that appears, and then choose Add a parallel branch with triggers. After that you could add actions you want with each trigger you have added.
