问题只发生在一个文档库中？

要解决问题，您可以将新文档上传到文档库以检查是否会出现同样的问题。

创建一个新的文档库以检查是否会出现同样的问题。

Hi, 

Silly question. Probably it is really easy but I haven't found the way yet so I would appreciate any guidance on this.

I have a Full Control permissions on SharePoint site.

There is a Document Library that indicates there are 10 items inside. However, when I open this library I don't see anything.

Things that I've checked so far:

• Custom permissions for the Document Library: There is Full control granted for my user
• Custom view. The Default View has some filtering options so I've created a Custom View with no filters and still nothing appears.
• Versioning Settings: Require content approval for submitted items? is "NO"
• Versioning Settings: Require documents to be checked out before they can be edited? is "YES" (I think this is the key)
• But if I go to "Managed Checked Out Files" I can see nothing there. 

My guess is I cant see them because I'm not the Site Collection Admin but I've made some tests on another SP site and I can see with Full Control rights. So really don't know what is going on.

Does anyone have any idea on what is happening?

How do you know there are 10 items in the document library?

Did the issue only occur in one document library?

To troubleshoot the issue, you could upload the new document to the document library to check if the same issue will occur.

Create a new document library to check if the same issue will occur.
