We are trying to establish connectivity to a third party through the Explict FTPS connection which needs a certificate for authentication. While configuring the FTP linked service where the certificate details should be added so that we can get the connectivity to the server

You can store your certificate inside Azure Key Vault, and then reference the certificate (stored in the Key Vault) instead of using a password.
