Create Dashboard using Application Insights analytics queries. Now want to deploy those queries in another resource of App Insights. Two resources created for Application Insights with Instrumentation Key.

Let's make sure we understand what your scenario is:

• You have 2 Application Insights resources, A and B. 
• Application Insights resource A has analytic queries you've created on your Application Insights A dashboard. 
• Now you want the queries from the Application Insights A dashboard on the Application Insights B dashboard.

This is relatively easy to do!

1. Go to the Application Insights A dashboard
2. On the query you want on Application Insights B dashboard, click on the grid and charts icon in the upper right ("Open chart in Analytics Blade", see image below)
3. Select "Pin" in the upper right, and choose the shared dashboard for the Application Insights B dashboard
4. You now have the query on the Application Insights B dashboard
