Anyone know how Mode 2 for this settings works? I can not find any documentation.

Im interested to know where the paging occurs, which dir setting.

Based on my research, I find that some older blog will write the mode 2, but in current official document , there is no mode 2 any more, I think this might not support currently. You could refer to Undo Bad Tabular Mode Analysis Server Properties and Memory Properties for details.
