Hello jnoguerm.  The activities you listed are data factory activities.  Without further information on what you are trying to do, the answer is "No".

You can pull data, and then loop through each row of it, but then you need to write the data.  Usually the copy activity or lookup or stored procedure are used to write the data.  Other options include many of the compute resources like Azure Functions or DataBricks.
