I'm trying to test loading a WSS 3.0 content database into the SharePoint 2010 Foundation system. With the eventual objective of taking some objects from this into a live 2013 system.

I've done the following but the site contents all appear as blank.

1) First I took a backup of a contend database on the WSS 3.0 server.

2) Next I restored that backup to the SQL on the 2010 server.

3) I then ran the following to mount this DB onto the 2010 server, which said it loaded 100% with no errors.

                Mount-SPContentDatabase "SharePoint - 7332" -DatabaseServer "TEST-UKDRWEB130\SharePoint" -WebApplication "http://test-ukdrweb130" -SkipIntegrityChecks

4) I then ran the folowing to mount it to where we wanted it to sit:

                New-SPSite -url http://test-ukdrweb130/sites/test -OwnerAlias ETEST\garry.test -ContentDatabase "SharePoint - 7332"

This meant we ended up with two mounts, one at / and one at /sites/test, but this database appeared to be empty!

What am I doing wrong?
