I noticed an error when doing a query via graph.
If I run this query https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/groups/xxx-xxx-xx-xxx/members it returns the correct members of group.
But if I check one of those users (https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/users/[e-mail]/memberof) it looks like the user is not in member of that group.
Regarding the remaining members, they result correctly as members.

I researched on your query. Yes, the query (https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/groups/xxx-xxx-xx-xxx/members) returns all the users in active directory. But when you are looking for specific user with the below query, it returns the metadata of that user.

The above query returns the metadata information about the user only if the source of the user is azure active directory. If you add a user as a guest user the source would not be Azure AD, so the metadata information for that user will not come from Azure Active Directory, the identity provider for that user is different, that is the reason the above query does not returns the metadata information about that user.
