For you requirement, but I'm afraid the answer is negative. As far as I know, we have no such function in visual studio 2019. It seems there still has a way to go before we achieve this goal.

As a result, I suggest you report to MS product team through open VS -> click "provide a suggestion" in upper right of IDE asking for adding a new feature in VS.

After that, please be patient waiting for the response from the VS Product Team Engineers. If it gets more votes, the product team experts would think about adding it as a new feature in the future product.
