I am looking to create installer for a WPF application with .NET CORE 3.0 (not a console application) in Visual Studio 2019 , I have already looked into ClickOnce and Wix but both don't provide any option to create an installer for the above.

How do you want to create an installer for the  WPF application with .NET CORE 3.0? As far as I know, You can use the Microsoft Visual Studio Installer Projects to  package your application.

Besides, you need to make sure Microsoft Visual Studio Installer Projects has supported the  WPF application with .NET CORE 3.0 Style Projects. If not, you may need to wait for an update.
