Which is the best set up for the auto growth? I am checking the sharepoint db that has just 1mb to unlimited. I guess this is the default but 1mb? It looks too tiny to me.

Yeah, bad default in the older versions of SQL Server, and bad by sharepoint to not override that default. Set it to something "reasonable".Not too small (happens frequently) and not too large (takes a long time).
