What if i want to get the info about restoration in a table ?

I have created a table which get data of username,id,datatime from the above SP and now i want to get the data of db restored or not restored. Tried all possible ways using IF condition but am not able to.

Which information would you like ? Could you please share us your expected result ?  In the link which you provided, it will restore specific database automatically. As I know, the database is not available until the last log restore. So you can't check if the table is restored. Would you like you check the  situation of database ?
