I wanted to create 5 Windows 7 Client machine where users will login through RDP. Further each logged in user will connect to an application hosted on windows server with database. Application would also require email notification.

What would be the best architecture setup? Can i create all of them in one subnet? Can each of Windows client machine hold public IP?
