I want to have 2 triggers in the first step of my logic apps.

Because I have an SFTP trigger which sometimes does not trigger at all when a new file is added.

So, I want to have an alternative ONEDRIVE trigger which should trigger when SFTP does not trigger.

Note: I will be adding files to SFTP and ONEDRIVE simultaneously.

How do I deal with this??

At the moment you can use the "Code View" to create multiple triggers for an Logic app, but from "Design View" view it is not available at present. 

We can have 10 triggers per workflow working in code view . Regarding your scenario, you can handle multiple triggers is by creating a logic app for each trigger.
