We are trying to set the sliding expiration. But the sliding time is not increasing. Token gets expired without sliding time

If you are trying to set the sliding expiration within your application , and the application is federated with Azure AD and uses Azure AD as a identity provider then this will not work because the token provided by Azure AD will be of a definite period as set by the Identity provider and accordingly a auth cookie will be set on the client side. If the JWT toke provided by Azure AD is set to expire at a particular timestamp , it will expire and the user would have to re-authenticate.
