I have to display a number in Datalist cell where i have to display the number in circle

you can try like this
Create a cirlce with transparent border (shape of circle) using any online Tool

Then you can use that image as a circle shape and Place a label control to display the Number on that Circle using CSS[^] you can achieve this functionality
