Hello, recently I decided to install Visual Studio 2017. The installation went well until it asked me to install VS Redistributables. The installer returned this(https://i.imgur.com/k7seTs3.png) message. After doing all I could, (deleting keys in regedit, uninstalling 2015 redists, using the "Fix It" software) I don't know what to do now.

It seems that you have a corrupted file in your package cache.  Please delete the following folder and then repair your install: (disable 3rd party anti-virus software and run installer as administrator)
