i Have 1 VM in Azure Account, all the thing are good Apart from 'Active Desktop Launcher' Services.

Now the issue is the service name Active Desktop Launcher is automatically generated, and its Taken High CPU.

I Am trying to Delete this file , but after some time it will generate automatically. and its taken high CPU, hence my website is going to Slow.

Also I Have create one scheduler, but unable to delete that file using scheduler.
