Taking Dat201x Microsoft class.  Setup tells us to create/add SQL database in Azure, and one step is to under "Select source", Select source: Drop down and select Sample (AdventureWorksLT).  Please see below two instruction documents.  However, when I tried to follow the instruction, there is no "select source" prompt in the add SQL Database page.  Please help as I need to get trained ASAP before a job interview.  Thanks.
