I am building a backend for a Xamarin.Android app.  I am really looking forward to using the Offline Mobile Sync feature of Azure Mobile Apps.  I used EF6 to build an EDMX file from the database.  It has a context file and all my POCO's.  However, when I go to add an Azure Mobile Apps Table controller, it doesn't see the context file in the EDMX file.  Is there any reason why I can't scaffold a Table Controller with an EDMX file using EF6?
