I've noticed that when we send an New-AzureADMSInvitation for an external user on email address they sometimes get merged with an existing external user.

More precisely the existing external user record in AAD would end up with 1 email address as user name and the email address that we sent the invitation to as an alternate e-mail address.

I've seen cases where it's not even the same person => username = [e-mail]; alternate e-mail = [e-mail]
