I used to deploy this, so I know I have sufficient rights. But I am getting following error now.

Hi Ameet,

I found an older issue with similar error, Could you please check if these steps help?

Suggest you to follow the below steps:

1.Login as a tenant admin to https://portal.azure.com
2.Open the registration for your app in the app registrations
3.Go to Settings then Required Permissions
4.Press the Grant Permissions button

Note: If you are not a tenant admin, you cannot give admin consent

You may try the solutions provided in similar GitHub issue.

If the above steps do not help I would suggest to open a support ticket from the portal as this needs to be checked at subscription level for any issues in the configuration.
