I  created a project which refer to the Microsoft.ManagementConsole.dll for extenting the MMC snap-in.

使用InstallUtil.exe安装此库， 我可以在Windows 10平台上运行这个自定义的管理单元。

by using InstallUtil.exe to install this library,  I can run this self-defined snap-in on windows 10 platform.

 it's also ok for running installUtil to install it on windows 7,  but it got the error about BadImageFormatException when I  try to run it.

I build my project in .netframework 4.0, checked the Microsoft.ManagementConsole.dll is 3.0.

it's ok when I try to build the project under .netframework 3.5 (both on windows 7 and windows 10) on my local environment.

but I need to use .netframework 4.0 or above for building environment issue.
