I've followed all the instructions for Azure AD to ServiceNow integration and steps for the automatic provisioning. I am able to sync users from Azure AD to ServiceNow prior and somehow it stopped working now. For some unknown reason it is not working and there are no logs to check this. When i create a user in Azure AD and assign ServiceNow application to the user it is not appearing in ServiceNow UD as it appears before even on force sync. Please help.
