We have an Azure SQL Database running which we deploy (DTAP) via Azure DevOps Releases. The problem is, the automatic tuning indexes are removed by the dropobjects parameters. We use this to clean up the database to keep it in sync with the git repo.

We want to keep the database in sync with the repo. But we don't want that our indexes are removed multiple times a day/week. Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this or have a work around?
