The provider API (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/resources/providers/list#code-try-0) claims to "Gets all resource providers for a subscription". One of the Resource Types I have as an option in the Azure Portal is "Power BI Embedded", which does not seem to appear in JSON response in any shape or form. There are also a few other resources which do not appear (I am yet to make a list and check it twice), but I thought it would be a better idea to check if I am not understanding the functionality of this API first. I was under the impression that this would return all potential resource types? Thanks!

You can also cross check all the resource provider registered for your subscription from portal also.
