As the title says, I would like to modify the font stye only for .txt files types.

Is that possible?

Reason : I would like to have a notebook of txt files with notes from different articles that I found on internet. As it turns a little difificult to read on monospaced font family large bodies of text, would be ideal to change the font family to something more readable, for example, Open sans. But of course, I dont want the other file types (.cs) to be on open sans.

Not with Visual Studio as far as I'm aware.
The different font options for VS only apply to aspects of the IDE, they aren't file type specific.
