You appear to be missing some package install(s).

The headers which you are showing with errors are all C language headers,
or for the Win SDK. The headers which are found are from the C++ support
package.

For example, if you used <cmath> instead of <math.h> it would probably
be found.

The C headers are part of the Universal C Language libraries now and are
merged with the Win SDK.

Check which components you have installed in Visual Studio.
