I am trying to deploy Web app using Bit Bucket. I am able to successfully deploy that part. But when I open my web url..its saying "This web site is running on Python 3.6.6". But not the actual Python file. How can I set the start point here. Please help me in this

Are you running Python on a Linux App Service plan? 

If you browse to your WebApp and go to the "Application Settings" blade there is a Runtime configuration. You can set your Runtime Stack (Python version) and define a startup file. You can also customize your startup process as follows: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/containers/how-to-configure-python#customize-startup-command
