I'm currently building a DB and I need a Front-end GUI for the normal human being which is not able to use SQL. 

Is there some window builder tool or something where I could create a simple GUI with dropdown lists, checkboxes ect. for selecting, inserting and updating?

I can handle SQL, Powershell, a bit HTML and Python, but still...I would prefer the path where I don't have to learn how to build the whole thing from scratch by coding.

Unless there is no nother way...do you have any tipps or how To's to build it from scratch? :'(
