I am totally unable to properly restrict all but a few external IP's. I can either restrict ALL IP's (0.0.0.0/0) or none. I tried blocking all IP's with a lower priority as the one external test IP that I am using but that did not work. MS's documentation states that i you enter an IP  for ALLOW it implicitly restricts all others...THIS IS NOT TRUE. I entered our external IP in the format: 8.8.8.8/0 and it would allow ANY IP to come right in. Assistance PLEASE.
