Does anyone know how to setup Incremental Builds of .Net solutions in Azure?   I have build and release pipelines, but according to an answer given on this StackOverFlow article, there is no Incremental Build option in DevOps.

I am using my own self hosted build server with 2 Agents running.

The alternatives listed involve using PowerShell while performing my own Comparisons. 

Seems to me there should be a built in feature to Azure Dev Ops Builds that can perform incremental builds.

Are you using Azure API Management in this scenario? By reading your post it seems like the question is for Azure Devops and not for the Azure APIM. Please confirm.
