无法连接到RPD，错误：未启用远程服务器 [英] Cannot connect to RPD, Error: Remote server not enabled

问题描述

创建VM并尝试连接后，我去下载RPD文件。弹出错误说明 

1）未启用对服务器的远程访问

2）远程计算机已关闭

3）远程计算机在网络上不可用

解决方案

 

您能否确保您拥有允许3389端口的NSG规则？

After creating a VM, and trying to connect to it, I go to download the RPD file. An error pops up saying 

1) Remote access to the server is not enabled

2) The remote computer is turned off

3) The remote computer is not available on the network

Can you make sure you have NSG rule which allows port 3389?
