Why IIS isn't taking any new font in a web application? Its working fine in my local server. I have an html page and the new font isn't taken in IIS or server machine. But in my local syatem its working. I already installed the new font under C/Windows/Fonts/... But not working. Should I restart the server machine which i didn't had to do in my local system.

Except restarting your new server, I'd suggest to clear a browser cache as well. The browser may still remember an old font.
