App Service是PAAS产品，您无需管理，只能专注于应用程序部分。它易于部署，您可以使用Kudo控制台来编辑应用程序。我建议在虚拟机上使用App Service。

I seek kind attention concerning about my website which runs under Microsoft IIS (Asp.Net). I also use MS SQL Express Database for the time being. Hi, 

App Service is a PAAS offering and you don't need to manage and you can only concentrate on the Application part. It is easy to deploy and you got a Kudo console to edit the Application. I would suggest to use App Service over Virtual Machine.
