First thing first when i install windows virtual machine The 4x Nvidia tesla 4x100 thing.When i test the virtual machine performance by using userbenchmark it was skipping the GPU and it performs lower than expected but the ram and cpu are fine by the way

What size is the VM you are using?

Also, connecting via RDP does not mean you are using the GPU drivers to display the visuals. The GPUs allow you to run applications that require GPU but the actual RDP session has nothing to do with GPU .
