My form property sheet has been disabled in all my access databases.I have tried to uninstall the office  and install another one but my problem is not solved.If you click any of options e.g "Grid Y" nothing happens

I have done a lot of  research online but non of them is solving my problem.I even created a new database thinking that the problem was in my current database but the problem is in all the databases.

I am hence unable to create a form from "form design" option since the form property sheet is disabled and i can't change any property in design mode.Am using access 2016
