we have a sharepoint 2010 server. Users normally access the site directory folder hierarchy using quick access pane on their PC.

When users are trying to copy files (e.g jpg files) from their local folder to product resources folder in site directory. its taking lot of time to initiate the transfer, secondly it giving us error like file already exists or some times showing error about locking (sorry don't remember the exact error).

when I tried to copy files to one level up folder in site directory, its copying files without any problem. Can you please advise on it.
