Is there a way to see in the Solution Explorer the update date of each forms, modules, etc ?

Welcome to MSDN forum.

I understand what you mean, but I'm afraid the answer is negative. As far as I know, we have no such function in latest VS2019. It seems there still has a way to go before we achieve this goal. 

As a result, I suggest you report to MS product team through open VS -> click "provide a suggestion" in upper right of IDE asking for adding a new feature in VS.

After that, please be patient waiting for the response from the VS Product Team Engineers. If it gets more votes, the product team experts would think about adding it as a new feature in the future product.
